The Bringing them Home Program came about after recommendations were made from the National 1997 Bringing them Home Report into the Stolen Generation and its past child removal policies.
BTH works closely with Yorgum the State Link Up Office in Perth. Link up aim to trace and reunite families that were removed in past policies. We have a worker assigned to the Goldfields region who visits on a monthly basis.
BTH assisted Yorgum (Link Up) with the Cundeelee Mission Reunion in June 2010 held in Kalgoorlie. This was a great weekend with lots of stories memories and photos and crafts as well as cooking tails in the ground and a BBQ
